Bullet For My Valentine May Have Just Leaked They’re Coming To Australia

Several sponsored posts for the band have appeared online, encouraging people to sign up for an Australian pre-sale.

It looks like Bullet For My Valentine might be touring Australia after all and an announcement may be coming real soon.

Several sponsored posts have appeared on Facebook today, promoting pre-sale sign-ups for an Australian tour hosted by Destroy All Lines.

Bullet For My Valentine had originally planned to bring their co-headlining tour with Trivium to Australia this year. The tour was in celebration of BFMV’s debut album, The Poison, which was released 20 years ago. However, Bullet For My Valentine pulled out of the tour following a dramatic fallout with the American band.

Bullet For My Valentine would share a statement regarding the abrupt ending of their co-headline tour with Trivium, sharing:

“As we head into the final shows of The Poisoned Ascendancy Tour, we want to thank everyone who’s come out to celebrate with us,” the band wrote. “The shows have been phenomenal and we’ve loved connecting with every single one of you.”

“Being in this band is the most important thing to the four of us. We’re incredibly grateful to have been given the chance to look back at a pair of life-changing albums for us & Trivium, who we have nothing but respect and admiration for,” the post continues. Bullet For My Valentine went on to reflect on the legacy of The Poison and the last two decades of their career, calling the tour a “career highlight.” What followed was the clearest sign yet that the joint tour isn’t getting a second wind.

“With that being said, the four of us collectively feel that the time is right for us to divert our full attention towards the next chapter of Bullet For My Valentine.”

If the information in the sponsored post is true, Bullet For My Valentine is planning on making their way down under without Trivium. A bittersweet revalation, given how excited fans of both bands were for the co-headlining tour.

We’ve reached out to Destroy All Lines for comment, and will update the piece if we hear back.
