Battlefield 6’s Single Player Campaign Revealed

Share

Battlefield 6 got a brand new single player trailer during today’s PlayStation State of Play, showcasing the campaign and members of Dagger 13.

Battlefield 6 is mere weeks away from launch (October 10), and a brand new trailer just dropped, showcasing the game’s single-player campaign and characters.

According to the PlayStation blog post that dropped alongside it, Battlefield 6’s single player mode returns to a singular narrative that spans three continents. This is opposed to the War Stories episode structure of Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V.

Check out the full Battlefield 6 Single Player campaign trailer below:

We’re also introduced to the individuals that make up Dagger 13 – a ragtag crew consisting of Haz Carter, Dylan Murphy, Simone “Gecko” Espina, Cliff Lopez and Lucas Hemlock. There’s plenty to unpack in their individual backstories, from what we’ve seen across the trailer and blog post so far.

“Campaign returns on a global scale,” the accompanying blog post reads. “Step into Dagger 13, an elite squad of Marine Raiders, determined to stop Pax Armata in Battlefield 6’s single-player campaign. Storm the beaches of Gibraltar, take to the streets of Brooklyn for intense gunfights, perform a HALO jump into enemy territory, destruction, scale, and tight squad play shape every choice. Only in Battlefield.”

Battlefield 6 releases on October 10 – and with All-Out Warfare in multiplayer and a pretty in-depth looking single player campaign to boot, it’s safe to say expectations (and hype) are pretty high.
