Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows: Launch Times, New Content, & More

Share

Elden Ring Nightreign has announced its first major DLC, The Forsaken Hollows, releasing December 4, 2025. The new DLC will offer players new classes, a variety of field bosses to take on, and two new final bosses to challenge.

Elden Ring Nightreign has just shared a first look at its upcoming DLC, and it’s looking to bring new bosses, two new classes, and, you guessed it, more swamps.

The trailer was shown off this morning at the Japanese PS5 State of Play, and revealed the first major DLC for the game is set to drop December 4, 2025. This DLC follows the game’s previous Deep of Night update, which saw the game add an all-new difficult mode, but was, most importantly, not entirely new content.

The Forsaken Hollows will see Nightfarers face up against the foul Dreglord, as well as some FromSoft series favourites such as Dark Souls‘ Artorias.

You can take a look at the trailer below and mentally steel yourself for the brick walls you and your friends will face after the DLC finally drops.

Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows: What’s New?

The upcoming DLC is set to bring two new Nightfarers: The Scholar, an academic who boasts impressive arcane spells and the Undertaker, described as “an abbess who was mandated to slay the Nightlord” and comes with strength and faith stats.

The Forsaken Hollows will also serve up two new third-day bosses to challenge, in addition to even more field bosses, a new Shifting Earth location, and a variety of new points of interest in Limveld for you and your squad to explore.

In short, it’s more Nightreign with some added spice to freshen up the loop to draw you back in.

Elden Ring Nightreign: The Forsaken Hollows Launch Times

Elden Ring Nightreign The Forsaken Hollows will release on PC and Consoles on December 4, 2025.

While no specific times have been confirmed, the DLC will launch globally for everyone at midnight.

Previously, when Nightreign launched, we Aussies were able to get into the game a bit earlier thanks to timezone shenanigans, so until new information comes out suggesting otherwise, expect the DLC to drop at midnight for us here.
