This page lists corrections to published Blunt articles in reverse chronological order.
What gets corrected
Factual errors — incorrect names, dates, statistics, attributions, quotes or claims that are demonstrably wrong. The article is updated, a correction notice appears on the article, and the correction is logged here with the original wording, corrected wording and date.
Clarifications — wording that was technically accurate but could be easily misread. Clarifications follow the same format as corrections.
Retractions — only in exceptional cases, typically where the central premise of a story is shown to be materially false. Retracted articles remain on the site with a retraction notice in place of the original content. We do not silently delete published articles.

Email [email protected] with:
- a link to the article
- a clear description of the error
- a source or evidence supporting the correction
We aim to respond within two business days. If we agree the article needs correcting, the correction will appear here and on the article itself.
What we don’t change
We do not silently edit articles after publication for substantive changes.
Routine post-publication edits — typos, formatting fixes, broken link repairs and minor readability improvements — may happen without notice.
Substantive changes always receive a correction, clarification or update notice.
We do not remove articles from our archive simply because a subject dislikes the coverage. If something is factually inaccurate, we correct it. If it is accurate but unflattering, it remains part of the public record.
