After a huge year on the international stage, Ecca Vandal is bringing her explosive live show back home, announcing a run of Australian headline dates this November.
Fresh from releasing her acclaimed album LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW and making her late night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Melbourne’s Ecca Vandal will hit Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney as part of a homecoming tour that caps off one of the biggest periods of her career to date.
The tour follows a whirlwind 12 months that has seen Vandal make her Coachella debut, support Deftones across Australia and take her genre defying sound to audiences throughout the UK and Europe.

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW
At the heart of the tour is LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW, a record that showcases Vandal’s fearless approach to music. Blending influences from punk, hardcore, bhangra and alternative hip hop, the album embraces experimentation while remaining grounded in raw energy and authenticity.
“I find empowerment in being loud and noisy,” Vandal says, “especially as a woman in this global moment who grew up in a culture that told me I could not be those things.”
The album was created alongside producer Richie Buxton during an intentional period of disconnection from social media and online pressures. Working from a makeshift studio built inside Buxton’s childhood bedroom, the pair focused on creating a cohesive body of work away from algorithms, trends and constant digital noise.
“We cut out everything that didn’t serve us — the timelines, the metrics, the pressure to ‘stay visible’ online,” Vandal says.
The approach has clearly paid off. Since its release, LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO UNFOLLOW has earned widespread acclaim from critics and tastemakers across Australia and overseas, with praise for its bold sound, uncompromising vision and refusal to follow industry trends.
