The duo return for their sixth consecutive feature with David Fincher, this time from a Quentin Tarantino script.
Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have scored David Fincher’s The Further Mis-Adventures of Cliff Booth, bringing the Nine Inch Nails pair into the next chapter of Quentin Tarantino’s Hollywood.
The poster shared by Netflix credits both musicians, confirming their return for a sixth consecutive feature with Fincher. Tarantino wrote the screenplay, with Brad Pitt reprising the stuntman introduced in Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood.

The partnership began with the Oscar-winning The Social Network score, then continued through The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, Gone Girl, Mank and The Killer.
That run gives this reunion more weight than another name in the credits. Across stories about social media, surveillance, a missing wife, old Hollywood and a professional killer, Fincher has kept returning to the same two musicians. Cliff Booth is joining a fairly troubled collection of people.
According to Netflix’s official announcement, the new film takes place in 1977, eight years after Tarantino’s original. Booth now works as a Hollywood fixer, fitting that business around jobs tending bar and operating a projector. Elizabeth Debicki, Scott Caan, Carla Gugino and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II also star.
