The September Nintendo Direct was jam packed with a whole heap of exciting new game reveals, from a Pokemon cozy life sim, a Super Mario Galaxy movie, and so much more. Here’s everything that was announced.
The latest Nintendo Direct really knocked it out of the park with the sheer scale and amount of announcements, bringing with it a whole heap of surprise reveals and updates on titles for the Switch and Switch 2.
Perhaps most notable is the celebration of Super Mario Bros.’ 40th anniversary in 2026, which brings with it a Super Mario Galaxy movie in April, as well as both Super Mario Galaxy games on Nintendo Switch 2. Beyond all the Mario Bros. goodness, we found out a new Fire Emblem title is in the works, and Pokemon is dropping a cozy life sim titled Pokemon Pokopia.
