The Game Awards 2025 is finally here, and we’re bringing you live updates on every announcement and trailer from The Oscars of the gaming world.
It’s finally time for The Game Awards 2025, bringing with it a celebration of all the amazing titles we’ve played and loved over the last year. While the awards themselves are of course a big focus, plenty of viewers worldwide are equally as keen to catch all the trailers, announcements, and surprise reveals that are peppered in between handing over those coveted trophies.
There’s been plenty of speculation as to what Geoff Keighley has up his sleeve to announce at The Game Awards this year – from the mysterious statue that cropped up in the Mojave desert which had conspiracy theories running wild, to more run of the mill guesses. My personal guess is that Keighley’s special boy Hideo Kojima will make a guest appearance that runs longer than the acceptance speech for the Game of the Year winner is allowed to go for, but maybe we’ve moved past all that.
Whether we’re getting some Elden Ring news, something to do with Fallout: New Vegas, news on LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, or something completely left of field, it’s safe to say The Game Awards trailers always deliver something worth being excited about. It might be wishful thinking to hope we see news about The Elder Scrolls VI, but I’ll keep on wishing.
We’ll be posting all the trailers and announcements here and updating live as The Game Awards 2025 kicks off – so be sure to check back regularly to stay up to date on what to get hyped for. While we’re at it, let’s hope Expedition 33: Clair Obscur and Hollow Knight: Silksong get a bit of love during the awards section.
