Amyl and the Sniffers are coming home.

The Melbourne punk outfit has announced four outdoor Australian shows for February and March 2027, taking in Brisbane, Fremantle, Sydney and St Kilda.

The run follows another stretch of international touring for Amy Taylor and her bandmates, whose third album, Cartoon Darkness, has carried them from Australian stages to major festivals overseas. This time, the band is heading back into the Australian summer with a rotating cast of local support acts.

WAAX, Southeast Desert Metal, GRUB, BARKAA, Xiao Xiao, Spike Fuck and Techno 666 are among the names joining the bill, with different line-ups in each city.

  • Sunday 28 February — Fremantle: Palace Foreshore. Supports: GRUB and Southeast Desert Metal.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets for Brisbane, Fremantle and St Kilda go on general sale at 9am local time on Friday 16 October, following venue presales from 9am local time on Wednesday 14 October.

Sydney has a separate presale and on-sale schedule. With published ticketing information differing between outlets, fans should check the band’s official tour page for the latest Bondi Beach ticket details before making plans.

The band is donating $5 from every ticket

The band has also pledged $5 from every ticket sold to a group of charities including Foodbank Australia, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre, Living Knowledge Network, Wilya Janta Housing Collaboration, Sisters Inside and Teach Us Consent.

An additional $1 from each Sydney ticket will go to the Bondi and North Bondi Surf Life Saving Clubs.

Amyl and the Sniffers released Cartoon Darkness in 2024 and went on to collect four ARIA Awards in 2025, including Album of the Year and Best Group. The newly announced dates bring the band back to Australian stages after that international run.
