Bilmuri Announce Debut Australian Tour for May and June 2025

Share

Bilmuri are finally heading to Australia. The genre-defying project led by former Attack Attack! member Johnny Franck has locked in five headline shows as part of the Australian Motor Tour, hitting Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney in May and June 2025.

This marks the first time Bilmuri will bring their chaotic energy and genre-blending sound to Australian fans, following years of building a cult following overseas.

Fresh off a mammoth run across the US, UK, and Europe, Bilmuri have been tearing through some of the world’s biggest alternative scenes. Their latest album, American Motor Sports, dropped in 2024, blending country, metalcore, pop punk, indie, and electronic influences into something that shouldn’t work. But, upon listening, absolutely does. The record fuelled a sold-out 25-date US tour last year. They will be following this up with another round of packed shows in 2025 before heading down to Australia.

Bilmuri’s DIY approach and self-aware humour have made them stand out in a scene often weighed down by conventional thinking. Franck has released an incredible 14 albums in just eight years, each one pushing boundaries and proving that Bilmuri is impossible to pin down. Their music can be brutally heavy one moment, wildly catchy the next, all tied together by a sharp sense of humour that never takes itself too seriously.

Live, Bilmuri thrive on unpredictability. Their shows are equal parts chaos and catharsis, full of heavy breakdowns, huge hooks, and a visibly real connection.

Pre-sale tickets go live Thursday, February 13 at 10am local time, closing Friday, February 14 at 10am. General sales open Friday, February 14 at 11am local time via Live Nation.
