Canadian death metal titans Cryptopsy will tour Australia this December in support of their new album An Insatiable Violence.
Cryptopsy will return to Australia this December, closing out 2025 with four brutal headline shows as part of their All So Vile tour.
Presented by Hardline Media, the run will see the Montreal legends tear through Canberra, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. It will mark their first trip Down Under since releasing their ninth studio album An Insatiable Violence, due out June 20 via Season of Mist.
The tour announcement follows a milestone period for the band. After more than three decades of boundary-pushing extremity – including 1994’s Blasphemy Made Flesh and the 1996 magnum opus None So Vile – Cryptopsy are entering a new era of consistency and momentum. Following the release of As Gomorrah Burns in 2023, which won them a Canadian Grammy, they’ve pledged to drop a new record every two years to stay on top of their game. An Insatiable Violence follows on from that pledge, dropping just 21 months later.
Fans will have the opportunity to get up close with the band via limited VIP meet and greet packages. Each VIP ticket includes entry to the show, early access to the show and merch stand, a photo with Cryptopsy, a signed tour poster, a VIP laminate, and the chance to bring along three items for signing.
Early bird tickets go on sale Wednesday June 11 at 10am AEST with no booking fee, while general public tickets will be available from Friday June 13 at 10am AEST.
