DE’WAYNE Announces Third Album June, Drops Funky Title Track

Rock trailblazer DE’WAYNE has announced his third studio album June is dropping July 30, with the funky title track released today.

Houston-born, Los Angeles-based rock disruptor DE’WAYNE is back with his third studio album June, slated for release on July 30 via Fearless Records. The news comes alongside the release of the album’s title track – a sultry, funk-infused anthem that marks a bold new chapter for the genre-blurring artist.

DE’WAYNE, known for fusing rock with funk, R&B, and alternative sounds, continues to redefine what it means to be a modern rock star. The new single June is a magnetic ode to a muse who represents divine femininity and emotional transformation, wrapped up in flair reminiscent of Prince – one of his musical inspirations. “I wrote June because I had to—it poured out of me,” DE’WAYNE shares. “Young or old, whatever your background, we all know what it’s like to fall for someone who flips your world upside down.”

He calls the new album his “epic rock love album,” shaped by blood, sweat, and vulnerability. Produced primarily by longtime collaborator Dylan Bauld (formerly flor) and co-written with hitmaker Brandon Colbein, the album is a heartfelt exploration of identity, love, and creative freedom. “I gave everything—blood, sweat, tears, love, sex, spirituality, and truth,” DE’WAYNE says.

Following the powerful earlier releases biological and highway robbery, DE’WAYNE proves he’s more than just a boundary-pusher – he’s a scene leader. The album’s 11-track run is set to capture the raw emotion and explosive energy that has become his signature.

DE’WAYNE’s announcement follows a string of major festival appearances including Coachella, Reading & Leeds, and Bonnaroo. He’s set to embark on a North American tour this June and will also hit the stage at the Long Beach return of Vans Warped Tour in July.

With June, DE’WAYNE isn’t just making music – he’s offering a masterclass in emotional evolution through rock. This is one of the most daring and essential records you’ll hear this year.

The title track, “June” is out now, while the full album arrives July 30. Prepare yourself.
