Don Broco lock in 2023 Australian return

Share

You’d be hard-pressed to find an artist on a heater quite like UK lads Don Broco. The band have been on a 52-week long-winning streak that doesn’t appear to be cooling any time soon (and certainly not on this side of 2023), continuing it with the announcement of an Australian tour kicking off this May. Fans can grab tickets from next Tuesday, with a short wait until we finally see Don Broco performing back on our shores again.

The announcement coming on Valentine’s Day is more than mere coincidence. Per the band’s socials, touring is their love language, and they’re as ready as ever to love bomb the daylights out of fans with it. This is certainly a different energy to their first Australian tour announcement, in which they promised they would come at us “harder than Borry after 5 points of speed on a 40 hour run”, but we’re here for it nonetheless.

It’s been a while between drinks for the group’s Australian fans, who have been patiently waiting for their return since 2017, their first-ever trip down under. Making the wait even more worthwhile is the addition of not one, but two full-length albums with band releasing Technology and the more recent Amazing Things (which debuted at #1 on the UK charts) which spawned more than one single we still haven’t gotten out of our heads, namely: ‘One True Prince’, ‘Manchester Super Reds No. 1 Fan’ and ‘Gumshield’. ‘Fingernails’, the latest cut from the act, dropped last year.

What’s more, the band will be in fighting form in time for their return. Last year, Don Broco performed at Royal Albert Hall for the 2022 Teenage Cancer Trust alongside The Who, Ed Sheeran and Liam Gallagher. From there, the band performed at Slam Dunk fest, and with an upcoming sold out UK tour with Papa Roach before taking on Europe with Sleeping With Sirens, you can be sure Don Broco will have crafted one hell of a live experience.
