Feeder Announce Local Supports for Australian Tour in April

Share

UK alt-rock lifers Feeder are heading back to Australia this April, bringing a career’s worth of anthems and a fresh batch of new material.

Now, they’ve locked in local support for each show—and it’s a stacked mix of rising names worth turning up early for.

It’s been over two decades since Echo Park and Comfort In Sound put Feeder at the top of the UK rock pile, but the band have never slowed down. Their new double album Black/Red proves they’ve still got plenty to say—and they’re louder, sharper, and more locked-in than ever.

Tracks like ‘Buck Rogers’, ‘Just a Day’, and ‘Feeling a Moment’ have long since become indie-rock staples. But the real strength of Feeder has always been their ability to blend heaviness with heart, darkness with something more hopeful. The new record doesn’t change that—it just makes it hit harder.

Joining them across the five-date run are some of Australia’s best up-and-comers:

Death By Denim bring synth-heavy chaos and late-night swagger to open the Perth show, while Sunsick Daisy will warm up the Adelaide crowd with their genre-jumping alt-pop. Melbourne gets Pisco Sour, whose live show is all sweat and stage dives—fresh off supporting Kasabian.

Sydney punters will catch Satin Cali, known for their beach-grunge hooks and sold-out runs with The Terrys, while Brisbane’s Dopamine round things out with a punch of polished, nostalgia-tinged pop-rock.

Feeder aren’t coasting on past glories. With Black/Red landing in March, a loyal fanbase still riding high, and a setlist built for maximum impact, their return isn’t just overdue—it’s perfectly timed. Blunt Magazine previously caught up with the band in November last year and suffice to say they could not wait for these performances.
