Fontaines D.C., The Hayley Williams Show and Slayyyter lead a bill that puts guitars, pop and club music in close company. Laneway returns to four cities in February, with presale tickets available from 7 October.
Laneway Festival has announced its 2027 lineup, bringing Fontaines D.C., The Hayley Williams Show and Slayyyter to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Auckland next February.
They will be joined by MUNA, Kim Petras, Ninajirachi, DIIV, Rico Nasty, Jane Remover, Rachel Chinouriri and Ecca Vandal, with the announcement landing on Wednesday 30 September.
The interesting part is how little the bill asks those audiences to stay in their lanes. DIIV and Gurriers share a poster with horsegiirL and Danny L Harle. There is room to arrive for a band, wander towards something unfamiliar and leave with a different favourite. That possibility is still one of the best arguments for buying a festival ticket.
Hayley Williams brings her solo show to Laneway
Williams is appearing under The Hayley Williams Show banner, rather than with Paramore. Her artist announcement lists all four Laneway dates alongside separate February shows at Sydney’s Enmore Theatre and Melbourne’s Forum, both marked sold out.
For anyone who missed those smaller shows, Laneway offers another way in. It also puts her solo work in a different setting, surrounded by artists whose audiences will not necessarily have come through the same records or the same scene.
Following a 2026 bill led by Chappell Roan, the new announcement gives the festival several points of entry. Fontaines D.C. and Slayyyter are very different reasons to turn up. Having both on the poster is part of the appeal.

Laneway 2027 dates and venues
- Friday 12 February: Centennial Park, Sydney
- Saturday 13 February: Brisbane Showgrounds, Brisbane
- Friday 19 February: Flemington Park, Melbourne
- Sunday 21 February: Western Springs, Auckland
Adelaide and Perth are not on the festival route this time. However, triple j reports that Fontaines D.C., Jane Remover and Tiffany Day will play sideshows in those cities, with further details to come.
When do Laneway 2027 tickets go on sale?
Presale opens Wednesday 7 October 2026, followed by general sale on Thursday 8 October. According to Laneway’s official ticketing information, opening times are staggered by city and are the same on both days:
