She Wants Revenge Announce ‘The Loved’, Their First Album Since 2011

She Wants Revenge have announced The Loved, their first studio album since 2011, and released lead single ‘Black Wax/Our Love’.

The Los Angeles band’s fourth album is due on 12 February 2027. It follows Valleyheart, which arrived in May 2011, and gives Justin Warfield and Adam Bravin their first new full-length in more than 15 years.

‘Black Wax/Our Love’ arrives with a video directed by Bravin. Discussing the song, he pointed to the pull of relationships that can be damaging even when the attraction is difficult to resist, a subject the band have returned to throughout their catalogue.

Bravin said the aim was to develop She Wants Revenge’s sound without recreating their earlier work. For the video, he wanted “a fragment of a film you walked into halfway through”, leaving the story open enough for viewers to interpret it for themselves.

The Loved Arrives During The Band’s 2027 Tour

The album announcement comes during a year spent revisiting the band’s debut. A 20th anniversary edition of their self-titled first record arrived earlier in 2026 with previously unreleased material. The original album featured the single ‘Tear You Apart’.

Warfield also released a solo EP in 2025, while She Wants Revenge have returned to the road. Their current North American itinerary includes Sick New World in Fort Worth on 24 October, followed by club dates in cities including Chicago, Toronto, Philadelphia and New York. The run finishes in Asbury Park on 4 November.

The live lineup features Warfield on vocals and guitar, Bravin on Bass VI and synths, Thomas Froggatt on bass, Tony Bevilacqua on guitar and Lia Braswell on drums. Bevilacqua’s previous work includes The Distillers; Braswell has played with Chelsea Wolfe and A Place To Bury Strangers.

A UK and European tour follows in early 2027, opening in Bucharest on 29 January. The band will play Glasgow’s SWG3 Warehouse on The Loved’s release date, before finishing the announced run in Dublin on 14 February. London, Brighton, Bristol and Manchester are also on the schedule.
