Soulfly is set to bring metal chaos to Australia, along with industrial metal act Nailbomb and nu-metal favourites Snot as support.
Folks, it’s time to start training your body for the pit. Soulfly has just announced an Australian tour, bringing along cult favourites Nailbomb and nu-metal group Snot. Needless to say, it’s going to be brutal, in all the right ways.
The Razor’s Edge has called Soulfly’s live act a “swirling storm of metal chaos”, one that could send the entire room into a full frenzy. For that reason, the publication declared them one of the most vital forces in the metal scene.
Check out the tour dates below:
- Monday 26th January – BRISBANE, The Tivoli
- Tuesday 27th January – SYDNEY, The Enmore
- Friday 30th January – MELBOURNE, The Forum
Pre-sale starts on Thursday 31st of July, 9 am AEST. The general public will get their chance at tickets on Monday, August 4th 9 am AEST via The Phoenix.

But worry not, Perth and Adelaide friends, as Soulfly will also be headlining next year’s Froth & Fury Festival in January.
The metal rockers will be performing at the Perth HPC in Western Australia on January 24th and the Adelaide Showground in South Australia on January 31st.
Soulfly released their album Totem in 2022 and have been teasing the release of a follow-up album for some time this year.
However, the band just recently split with their longtime bassist, Mike Leon, who had been with the band for 10 years. In their statement, Soulfly thanked Leon, admitting that “We’re going in different directions now and we thank Mike for all the time spent with us rocking hard on stage.”
Leon also shared that, “It’s been an honour to grow alongside such dedicated fans” and that he was “Deeply grateful for the experiences, the music, and the relationships built along the way.”
Warbringer member Chase Bryant has now taken over bass duties for the band on tour.
