The 2025 WILMAs (Women In Live Music Awards) recipients have been announced, featuring three members of Bring Me The Horizon’s crew alongside many others.
The WILMAs (Women In Live Music Awards) for 2025 have come and gone, with 29 recipients announced as part of the celebration.
The WILMAs highlight the talent of women working across Europe in the live music industry and platform the next generation. WILM as an organisation aims to uplift women working in the industry to achieve balanced diversity in the future, while providing an online community as well as a crew list as a tool for bands, booking agencies and companies looking for female crew members.
In a post made to social media, WILM thanked guests, sponsors, crew and volunteers for putting on the awards show, which was held earlier this week to “[honour] and [celebrate] our new WILMA recipients in true style.”
There were 30 categories in total recognising women working across various roles in the live music industry, although only 29 recipients due to no nominees in the Automation category. Among the winners were three women who worked alongside Bring Me The Horizon, according to the band’s Instagram story celebrating the awards – those three professionals in question are Evgenia Silantyeva (Personal Assistant), Caroline Smith (Tour Manager), and Anna-Sophie Hörsläger (Wardrobe).
