Archers Release ‘Say So’ Visualiser Following Fearless Records Signing

Share

Archers are wasting zero time making noise on Fearless Records, releasing their new single ‘Say So’ with a visualiser that hits just as hard as the track itself.

Wisconsin trio Archers are coming in hot off a support run with Nothing More and Catch Your Breath, and if ‘Say So’ is anything to go by, they’re not slowing down, this is sharp, modern metalcore with pop instincts, built to swing between tension and release without losing its bite.

Dialled up

Co written and co produced by Erik Ron and Jon Eberhard, ‘Say So’ leans hard into contrast, the verses sit low and uneasy before snapping into explosive choruses and a breakdown that doesn’t hold back.

It’s polished, sure, but not neutered, there’s still enough grit here to keep it from drifting into safe territory.

“Say So is a song about the frustration of knowing a relationship is coming to an end,” the band explain. “Knowing that and wanting to rip the band-aid off instead of simply waiting for the inevitable.”

That push-pull tension runs through the track. It’s impatient, restless, and built for that moment where everything finally cracks.

Building something bigger

‘Say So’ follows ‘The Dirt’, the band’s first release under Fearless, and continues a run that’s been quietly stacking momentum for years, Archers aren’t new, they’ve been grinding since 2015, carving out a space with a mix of pit ready heaviness and clean, hook driven melodies.

What’s changed now is the scale.

With millions of streams, a dedicated fanbase, and bigger tours under their belt, the band are stepping into a more visible phase, signing with Fearless feels less like a beginning and more like a pressure point.

What’s next

Archers aren’t sitting on this release, they’re heading to Europe this month, before hitting major US festival slots including Welcome to Rockville, Inkcarceration, and Louder Than Life.

There’s a fine line between accessible and forgettable in modern metalcore. ‘Say So’ lands on the right side of it, it’s clean where it needs to be, heavy where it counts, and just volatile enough to keep your attention.

If this is the tone for what’s coming next, Archers might finally break out of the underground for good.
