Black Metal Legends Beherit Announce First And Only Ever Australian Shows

One of black metal’s most elusive and influential names is finally making the journey to Australia, with Beherit announcing their first, and only ever Australian performances this December.

Finnish extreme metal pioneers Beherit will play three exclusive headline shows across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, joined by Australia’s own masters of sonic horror, Portal, for fans of the genre, it’s a rare opportunity to witness one of black metal’s most revered acts on local soil.

Formed in 1989 by Nuclear Holocausto Vengeance, Beherit emerged during the formative years of the second wave of black metal, forging a sound that helped shape the genre’s darker and more atmospheric direction.
