Texas modern melodic rock outfit Catch Your Breath have confirmed their debut Australian headline tour, finally bringing their viral catalogue and high impact live show to local stages this May.
The five date run sees Catch Your Breath kick off in Perth before heading through Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, wrapping in Brisbane, for a band that’s racked up more than 360 million global streams, it’s a long overdue first handshake with Australian fans who’ve been watching from afar.
From ‘Shame On Me’ To Global Breakout
Since dropping their 2023 debut album Shame On Me, Catch Your Breath have shifted from internet curiosity to genuine modern rock contenders, the record’s breakout single ‘Dial Tone’ went Gold and became a viral mainstay, pushing the band into heavy rotation online and on SiriusXM Octane.
Live, that track has become a centrepiece, it’s the kind of chorus built for packed rooms and voices straining back at the stage.
Relentless touring alongside Imminence, Ice Nine Kills, Dayseeker and Falling In Reverse hardened their reputation as more than just a streaming success story, right now they’re on the road in North America supporting fellow Texans Nothing More, sharpening the edges even further.
A New Era With ‘Dark’ And ‘Lost’
Catch Your Breath lean into a polished but punchy blend of synth textures, cinematic production and muscular riff work, it’s glossy without going soft.
Recent singles ‘Dark’ and ‘Lost’, both released via Thriller Records, hint at a band expanding its emotional and sonic range without ditching the weight that pulled fans in to begin with.
They’ve already notched festival slots at Sonic Temple and Welcome To Rockville, with major European dates like Rock am Ring and Download Festival on the horizon in 2026, but first, Australia.
If you’ve been spinning ‘Dial Tone’ in your headphones for the past two years, this is your moment to hear it hit properly.
