Fortnite has announced Daft Punk will be coming to the shooter in the biggest music collab yet. Players will have the opportunity to explore multiple interactive zones, including Dream Chamber Studios, where they can remix tracks and create LEGO music videos.

Fortnite developer Epic Games has announced that the legendary French house duo Daft Punk will be coming to the game.

Starting September 27 2025, players will get to access the Daft Punk Experience, letting them take part in a wide variety of activities designed to celebrate the legacy of the band and their music.

Players will get to explore multiple interactive zones, like the Dream Chamber Studio, which will let you remix the band’s music. You can also head into the Robot Rock Arena and shoot hordes of robots with a sound wave laser. Players will also get to make their own LEGO music video at the ‘Around the World’ hub, and visit a Daft Punk nightclub to dance at.

If all of that sounds good, then you’ll be able to hop into The Daft Punk experience from Fortnite‘s Discover area. A grand opening will also take place at 2pm ET on September 27 (4am AEST September 28).

Of course, it wouldn’t be a Fortnite collab without some cosmetic skin bundles. If you wanna rock the Daft Punk look, you can grab the special bundle, which will include the member’s helmets, outfits, accessories, instruments and ‘Get Lucky’ as a Jam Track.

Fortnite has played host to a variety of music collabs. Recently, the game introduced the Gorillaz, allowing gamers to play as members of the band and perform their songs within the game. Other collabs have also included Sabrina Carpenter, Tracis Scott, Hatsune Miku, and more.

Unfortunately, this collab doesn’t confirm any reunion between the Daft Punk duo. Per the FAQ section of the post, under the question, “Is Daft Punk getting back together?,” the answer is: “No. The Daft Punk Experience is an immersive music experience based on the band’s beloved music. The band is not getting back together.”
