Public ASIC records show Danny Bazzi registered “Vorali” and “Vorali Legal” on 19 June, days after A Current Affair aired allegations over Silverback Touring debts, while Blunt was unable to locate current legal-practitioner listings under those names in public registers reviewed.
Danny Bazzi has registered several new business names under his personal ABN as Silverback Touring faces mounting public scrutiny over alleged unpaid debts, cancelled tours and artist payment disputes.
Public ASIC and ABN records reviewed by Blunt show “Silverback Touring” is registered as a business name under A.C.N 151 334 280 Pty Ltd, while separate business names including “Bazzi Lawyers”, “Tribute Touring”, “Vorali” and “Vorali Legal” are registered under Bazzi’s individual/sole trader ABN.
The timing is likely to raise further questions among artists, contractors and ticket holders already seeking clarity around Silverback Touring’s operations.
ASIC records reviewed by Blunt show “Tribute Touring” was registered to Bazzi’s sole trader ABN on 27 May 2026.
“Vorali” and “Vorali Legal” were both registered on 19 June 2026.
“Bazzi Lawyers” was registered under the same ABN on 16 October 2024.
The records show the holder of those business names as Danny Bazzi, holder type “Person”, under ABN 85 414 178 851.
By contrast, ASIC and ABN records show “Silverback Touring” is registered as a business name under A.C.N 151 334 280 Pty Ltd, holder type “Body Corporate”, under ABN 53 151 334 280. The same company is also listed as the holder of “delta bravo presents”.
The records do not prove wrongdoing. Business names can be registered for many reasons, and registration alone does not mean a business is actively trading.
But the legal branding of “Vorali Legal” is notable given Bazzi’s recent public response to the Silverback fallout.
During the A Current Affair segment, Bazzi was shown defending legal threats sent to people who had spoken publicly about alleged debts and unpaid invoices.
In one message shown in the program, Bazzi warned that conduct by those speaking out “may lead to legal action, which will far outweigh what you’re owed.”
Against that backdrop, Blunt searched public legal-practitioner and law-practice registers for evidence of current legal-practice registration connected to Bazzi and the newly registered legal-branded names.
Blunt searched the Australian Legal Profession Register, the Law Society of NSW Register of Solicitors, the NSW Bar Association directory, the Victorian Legal Services Board Register of Lawyers, the Queensland Law Society’s public solicitor search and the Bar Association of Queensland directory for “Danny Bazzi” and “Daniel Bazzi”.
Blunt also searched public law-practice registers for “Bazzi Lawyers”, “Vorali Legal”, “Vorali” and “Bazlaw”.
At the time of publication, Blunt was unable to locate a current practising-certificate, barrister or law-practice listing under those names in the public registers reviewed.
The Law Society of NSW says its register is used to search NSW practices and solicitors who hold a current practising certificate. The Victorian Legal Services Board says its register can be used to find out whether a lawyer or law practice is registered within Victoria. The Australian Legal Profession Register says it can be used to find information about Australian legal practitioners — solicitors and barristers — in NSW, Victoria and Western Australia.
The absence of a listing in the public registers reviewed does not, by itself, prove Bazzi has never held a practising certificate, nor does it prove no practising certificate exists in any jurisdiction. Some register pages note that certain information may not be publicly displayed, and Blunt has sought clarification from Bazzi directly.
Blunt contacted Bazzi via Silverback Touring and Bazzi Lawyers email addresses seeking comment on whether he currently holds a practising certificate in any Australian jurisdiction, whether “Vorali Legal” is intended to operate as a legal practice or provide legal services, why “Vorali” and “Vorali Legal” were registered on 19 June, and whether “Tribute Touring” is connected to Silverback Touring or Bazzi’s current touring activities.
Bazzi had not responded by the time of publication.
The business-name findings come after A Current Affair aired allegations from artists, contractors and industry figures connected to Silverback Touring, including claims around unpaid or delayed payments.
Bazzi appeared in the program and disputed parts of the allegations, saying there was context to each matter. He also said he had “nothing to hide”.
Silverback Touring has previously published a written response to allegations, denying deliberate wrongdoing while acknowledging some outstanding obligations, delayed payments, administrative issues and cash-flow pressures.
The newly registered “Tribute Touring” business name also raises questions because a live website using the Tribute Touring name describes the brand as an independent live event producer and concert promoter delivering tribute shows across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.
However, the website reviewed by Blunt did not clearly identify the legal entity operating it.
ABN Lookup records separately show more than one active result using similar “Tribute Touring” wording, including “Tribute Touring Ltd”, which appears to be a separate entity. Blunt has asked Bazzi to clarify whether he operates or is connected to the current Tribute Touring website.
The public records create a more complex picture of Bazzi’s business structure.
Silverback Touring appears under a company ABN. The newer business names, including Tribute Touring, Vorali and Vorali Legal, appear under Bazzi’s separate individual/sole trader ABN.
That distinction matters.
It means the records do not show a simple renaming of Silverback Touring. Instead, they show separate business names registered under Bazzi personally at a time when Silverback Touring and Bazzi are already under intense scrutiny from artists, contractors, fans and mainstream media.
For those still seeking payments, refunds or answers, the timing is likely to raise further questions.
Blunt will update this story if Bazzi responds.
