Escape The Fate Announce Australian Tour 2026 With The Word Alive

Share

Escape The Fate are finally heading back down under, the Las Vegas post-hardcore mainstays have locked in an extensive Australian tour for June, bringing The Word Alive along for the ride across capital cities and a handful of regional stops.

It’s been three long years since Escape The Fate last tore through Australia, and if you’ve seen them before, you already know they don’t do half measures, this run will be a timely reminder of just how deep their catalogue runs and how hard it still hits.

Two decades deep and still swinging

Escape The Fate have spent over 20 years shaping their lane in modern hard rock and post-hardcore, from the punch of ‘This War Is Ours’ through to their latest record ‘Redefined’ (2025), they’ve never stayed in one gear for too long.

That newer material leans into everything they’ve built, big hooks, sharp edged riffs, and just enough polish to carry those heavier moments without sanding them down completely, it’s a balancing act they’ve gotten uncomfortably good at.

Australia has always been one of their strongest territories, and that loyalty cuts both ways, this tour is clearly built for the fans who’ve stuck around, with a setlist expected to swing between older staples and newer cuts without losing momentum.

The Word Alive bring the firepower

Joining them on every date are Arizona’s The Word Alive, a band that have quietly built one of the more consistent runs in modern metalcore.

They’ve been at this for nearly two decades themselves, and their live set tends to land somewhere between controlled intensity and total release, tracks like ‘Rise’ have racked up massive streaming numbers, but it’s the live delivery that’s kept their following locked in.

Put the two bands together in packed rooms and it’s hard to see this staying contained for long.
