Good Things Festival Reveals 2026 Set Times, With Limp Bizkit And Bad Religion Clashing

Share

The Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane timetables are here, and the late-night decisions are going to hurt.

Good Things Festival has released its 2026 set times, and fans hoping to catch full sets from both Limp Bizkit and Bad Religion have a decision to make.

The festival’s original timetable announcement, posted on 20 October, puts both bands on at 8:30pm in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Bad Religion finish at 9:30pm on Stage 3, while Limp Bizkit take Stage 1 through to closing. A brisk walk won’t fix that one.

The clash is harder to work around because Limp Bizkit and Bad Religion are both exclusive to Good Things in Australia this year, as covered in BLUNT’s Good Things sideshow guide. Alexisonfire, Simple Plan and Spiritbox are also on that festival-only list.

There’s another squeeze just before them. Alexisonfire’s full-album performance of Crisis runs from 7:30pm to 8:30pm on Stage 4, overlapping Speed’s 7:40pm to 8:25pm slot on Stage 5. Simple Plan also play from 7:30pm to 8:30pm on Stage 2.

Earlier, Spiritbox run from 6:30pm to 7:30pm on Stage 1, with Millencolin’s Pennybridge Pioneers set beginning on Stage 3 at 6:50pm. Polaris have the 5:30pm to 6:30pm slot on Stage 2.

Millencolin fans do have another option, depending on their city. The official sideshow page lists full Pennybridge Pioneers performances at Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre on 2 December and Brisbane’s Tivoli on 8 December. Melbourne is marked sold out; no Sydney sideshow is listed.

Those timings match across all three city charts. The early Stage 5 bill changes, though: RinRin play Melbourne, Feel The Pain play Sydney and Diamond Construct play Brisbane, each from 1:30pm to 2pm.

Ministry’s set, billed as “Farewell Australia”, is scheduled for 4:15pm to 5pm on Stage 4 in each city. That overlaps The All-American Rejects, who start on Stage 1 at 4:30pm.

The run begins at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne on Friday, 4 December, before moving to Sydney Showground on Saturday, 5 December and Brisbane Showgrounds on Sunday, 6 December.

Use the three city charts in the festival’s announcement to plan your day. With five numbered stages and Stage 666 also advertised, choosing your non-negotiables now should save a few frantic, last-minute conversations in the crowd.
