German hardcore force Half Me are gearing up for their biggest chapter yet, announcing their sophomore album Dogma, due for release on October 23rd, 2026 via Arising Empire.
The new Half Me record Available to pre-order here and sees the band expanding the metallic hardcore sound that has established them as one of Europe’s most formidable heavy acts.
Dogma takes a bleak look at a society seemingly participating in its own downfall, Half Me explore themes of fear, division, manipulation and distraction, examining how people can become complicit in destructive systems without recognising what is happening around them.
Rather than presenting easy solutions, the album is built around questions, with the band challenging listeners to reconsider accepted narratives, confront ideas presented as absolute truths and look beyond structures driven by fear, obedience and complacency.

Dogma’s concept
The concept behind Dogma is deliberately unsettling, beginning with the possibility that some of the damage being examined may already be irreversible.
Sonically, Half Me have pushed their formula further, combining metallic hardcore, punishing grooves and emotionally charged songwriting with a greater emphasis on atmosphere and dynamics, the result is being positioned as some of the band’s heaviest and darkest material to date.

The recently released ‘Fear Is the New Belief’ (video above) offers a taste of the direction, the track takes aim at manipulation, blind obedience and fear being transformed into ideology.
The single arrives as Half Me continue their rapid rise from Germany’s heavy music scene, the band have accumulated millions of streams, toured extensively throughout Europe and shared stages with major international acts, earning a reputation for explosive live shows along the way.
Their catalogue includes acclaimed releases such as SOMA, alongside a run of singles that have continued to expand their sound without sacrificing the intensity at its core.
Australian tour
Now, Dogma is set to arrive just as Half Me head to Australia for an extensive headline run. The eight date Australian Crusade 2026 will take the band through Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Canberra, Wollongong, Sydney and Brisbane.
