The reported fallout surrounding Slipknot’s Sid Wilson has taken another dramatic turn, with Kelly Osbourne seemingly addressing her former fiancé in a series of emotional social media posts.
While Osbourne never mentioned Wilson by name, the timing of the posts has fuelled widespread speculation, they arrive just days after reports surfaced claiming Wilson had been removed from Slipknot following alleged issues within the band (per Lamb Goat).
In one Instagram Story, Osbourne wrote:
“Strange how the loudest defense of the guilty is rarely innocence… It’s distraction. When the mask slips, they don’t face the mirror they throw it at someone else. I also heard that when you break a mirror you get 7 years bad luck! Or is that just karma? This is why I always take accountability! As they say some are sicker then others.”
She followed that with another pointed message:
“Wake the fuck up take some responsibility I will not take your shit anymore! I’m done. I want to be happy and I have a beautiful son to raise. Leave me alone. let me heal. I can’t protect you from yourself anymore.”
Osbourne then added a third post that appeared to reference ongoing personal matters.
“Also while I’m at it can I have my dogs back and all my possessions. Oh yeah and maybe some child support?”
Further speculation
The television personality also shared several posts about protecting her child, further adding to speculation surrounding the couple’s reported split earlier this year.
The latest development comes after TMZ claimed Wilson had been dismissed from Slipknot, alleging the band had “finally had enough” of his behaviour towards fellow members.
According to the report, the decision had allegedly been building for some time before news leaked prematurely, neither Wilson nor Slipknot have officially confirmed the report.
Guitarist Jim Root appeared to urge fans not to jump to conclusions following the initial story, posting that people shouldn’t “believe everything you read” while suggesting more information would emerge in time.
Wilson has also declined to publicly address the claims after being approached by TMZ outside a Los Angeles recording studio.
Until either Wilson or Slipknot issue an official statement, both his reported departure from the band and the circumstances surrounding his personal life remain the subject of media reports and online speculation.
