LOOKOUT is officially returning in 2027, and this one is going straight for anyone whose CD collection got absolutely hammered during the ’90s.
+LIVE+, Stone Temple Pilots and 4 Non Blondes will co-headline the massive Australian run next March, with local alternative rock lifers Magic Dirt joining the bill.
Rather than sticking to a handful of capital cities, LOOKOUT 2027 will hit ten locations across South Australia, Victoria, the ACT, New South Wales and Queensland, mixing arenas with outdoor stops in Bendigo, Mornington, the Hunter Valley and Broadbeach.

+LIVE+
For +LIVE+, the announcement represents their biggest Australian return in more than 25 years.
The band’s catalogue remains welded to ’90s alternative rock through ‘Throwing Copper’ and ‘Secret Samadhi’, with ‘Lightning Crashes’, ‘I Alone’, ‘All Over You’ and ‘Lakini’s Juice’ still carrying serious weight decades later.
Stone Temple Pilots
Stone Temple Pilots bring an equally deep catalogue. From the grimy crunch of ‘Core’ through ‘Purple’, ‘Tiny Music… Songs from the Vatican Gift Shop’ and beyond, Stone Temple Pilots were never quite as easy to categorise as the grunge tag suggested.
The current incarnation features Jeff Gutt alongside Dean DeLeo, Robert DeLeo and Eric Kretz.
4 Non Blondes
Then there’s 4 Non Blondes, bringing Linda Perry back to Australian stages with the band behind the unavoidable 1993 hit ‘What’s Up?’.
Their inclusion makes this considerably more interesting than a standard nostalgia package, particularly given how rarely 4 Non Blondes have existed as an active live proposition since their original ’90s run.
Magic Dirt
Rounding out the line-up is our very own Magic Dirt, giving the tour an Australian band that actually lived through the same alternative explosion rather than simply looking back at it.
This one is going to be nostalgia filled fun, be sure to get in quick and party like it was 1999 all over again.
