Noel Gallagher has given Oasis fans another reason to start staring suspiciously at the summer of 2027, dropping his strongest hint yet that the reunion might not have ended with last year’s enormous comeback tour.
Nothing has officially been announced, and that distinction matters, but during a new appearance on talkSPORT’s ‘Drive’, Gallagher was directly asked whether rumours of more Oasis shows in 2027 had any truth behind them (per Loudwire).
Naturally, Noel didn’t exactly answer like a normal person.
“It’s Liam, isn’t it? He’s not into it. He’s not into Oasis any more.”
When it was pointed out that Liam Gallagher had recently disappeared from social media, Noel responded:
“Oh, well there must be something happening.”
Then came the line guaranteed to send Oasis forums into overdrive.
“Well let’s put it this way. There’s no football tournament on next year, so the summer, we’ve gotta do something in the summer, right?”
So, Are Oasis Touring In 2027?
Not officially.
There are currently no confirmed Oasis 2027 tour dates, and Gallagher’s comments stop well short of an announcement. Still, coming from one half of a band whose reunion was once treated as borderline impossible, it’s enough to keep the speculation alive.
Oasis finally reunited last year after splitting in 2009, with Noel and Liam putting years of very public hostility aside for the gigantic ‘Live ’25’ tour.
What initially felt like one of rock’s great unfinished stories finally getting its ending quickly became one of the biggest touring events of the year.
Whether that reunion now stretches into another summer remains the question.

You won’t have to wait until 2027 for their next Oasis fix, the reunion is being documented in ‘Oasis: Don’t Look Back In Anger’, a new film built around the ‘Live ’25’ tour and featuring backstage, rehearsal and onstage footage alongside unprecedented access to Noel and Liam.

The documentary arrives in cinemas and IMAX from September 11th, as for another Oasis tour? Until dates appear, it remains speculation.
But Noel Gallagher casually suggesting they’ll need “something” to occupy next summer hardly sounds like somebody desperate to shut the idea down.
