Pierce The Veil Are Teasing An Australian Tour On Social Media

Share

Billboards have propped up throughout cities pointing towards an official announcement on August 5.

Pierce The Veil seem to be gearing up to finally announce an Australian tour.

The band officially shared a teaser video, hinting that they’ll be bringing their I Can’t Hear You World Tour to Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane sometime soon.

It seems like an official announcement is coming sooner than we think. Wall of Sound has reported that billboards have been propping up in Brisbane and Perth confirming an August 5 announcement.

Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena tagged Pierce The Veil in a post as well, hinting that the metalcore group will be playing the venue in the near future.

Pierce The Veil recently released the deluxe edition of their 2023 album The Jaws of Life, which originally landed at #14 on the Billboard Top 200, and scored a knockout with a #1 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart.

Since then, the band have embarked on a massive 46-date international run with their I Can’t Hear You Tour, which has seen the band pay tracks from their entire discography. That’s right, it’s an Eras tour.

“We’re thrilled to announce the I CAN’T HEAR YOU WORLD TOUR. Nearly two decades in the making, this tour is a monument to everything we’ve built with our fans. These shows will honor our roots, spanning all five albums and the music that brought us here. We’re bringing to life the songs you’ve been waiting to hear in some of the most iconic venues in the world, including Madison Square Garden, The Forum, Red Rocks, and Wembley Arena. This will be our largest, loudest, and most unforgettable tour yet.

PTV fans, it’s time to raise our voices like never before. Can you hear us now?”

The timing of the announcement is interesting, given Good Things teasing their upcoming lineup. However, if PTV are planning on a headline tour, it’s safe to assume they won’t be popping up at the festival.
