PSYCHO-FRAME have revealed their new album SALVATION LAUGHS IN THE FACE OF A GRIEVING MOTHER, out July 25, and shared the crushing new single ‘Blueprints for Idol Genocide’.
Rising deathcore collective PSYCHO-FRAME have announced their debut album SALVATION LAUGHS IN THE FACE OF A GRIEVING MOTHER, due out July 25 via SharpTone Records.
Alongside the news, the six-piece have released a new single titled ‘Blueprints for Idol Genocide’, a pummelling slab of djent-leaning deathcore that doesn’t hold back. With guttural vocals, technical riffs, and suffocating intensity, the track captures PSYCHO-FRAME’s signature style – chaotic but controlled, visceral yet precise.
Frontman Michael Sugars explains the song’s inspiration. “It’s a song about bad actors in the community,” he says. “I see people moving in weird ways. So, I’ll keep my distance and let God sort ’em out while I do my thing.”

Formed by members of Moodring, Vatican, and other heavy staples, PSYCHO-FRAME was never meant to be a casual side project. Since their debut single 24 Hours Left in 2023, they’ve dropped two EPs, Remote God Seeker and Automatic Death Protocol, as well as the FEED double single earlier this year.
According to guitarist and co-vocalist Hunter Young, the upcoming album delivers a clear, harsh message. “So many people are looking for someone to save them,” he says. “No one is coming to save you at the end of the day though. That’s where SALVATION LAUGHS IN THE FACE OF A GRIEVING MOTHER comes in. You’re on your own.”
The album’s eleven tracks look primed to pull no punches, with titles like Filleted and Fucked, Endless Agonal Devotion, and God Is Busy offering a sense of the band’s bleak worldview and apocalyptic aesthetic.
PSYCHO-FRAME’s goal has always been to craft something that hits hard, both musically and lyrically, and SALVATION LAUGHS IN THE FACE OF A GRIEVING MOTHER looks set to deliver on that in full.
