Share

Veteran rockers Bush and Shinedown are teaming up for six hectic gigs this September.

Mark your calendars, folks; Florida-forged rockers Shinedown and British alternative legends Bush are headed our way this September, teaming up for a massive co-headline across Australia and New Zealand.

Kicking off on Thursday 17 September in Auckland, this monumental rock ‘n’ roll roadshow will take in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, before wrapping things up in Perth on Tuesday 29 September.

The tour marks Shinedown’s first Australian tour in 15 years, and Bush’s first headline tour in our neck of the woods in 30 years

Formed in Jacksonville, Florida in the early 2000s, Shinedown are no strangers to chart success, having racked up an impressive 24 #1 rock hits, 15 platinum and gold singles, and platinum or gold certification for all of their albums along the way. and major media acclaim along the way. Their eighth studio album, EI8HT, is due to drop on May 29, with the follow up to 2022’s Planet Zero described by frontman Brent Smith as the group pushing themselves “like never before”, so expect to hear some brand new tunes, along with old faves like “Second Chance”, “Sound of Madness” and “MONSTERS”.

90s veterans Bush have spent over three decades at the absolute top of their game, starting with their 1994 debut album Sixteen Stone, with songs like “Glycerine”, “Machinehead”, and “Comedown” earning them a permanent place in the pop culture pantheon. Their latest LP, I Beat Loneliness, dropped in 2025. No strangers to our shores, Gavin Rossdale and the lads were last here in 2022 for Under The Southern Stars, but a headlining tour is something we’ve been clamouring for for… well, 30 years.
