Sublime Launch Touring “Sublime Me Gusta” Festival For 2026

Share

Sublime are taking their legacy on the road in a whole new way, announcing Sublime Me Gusta, a travelling festival built around the band’s fusion of reggae, punk rock, hip-hop and West Coast alt culture.

The first edition lands in Fort Worth, Texas on May 9th, 2026, kicking off a multi city run that aims to bottle everything the band has represented for more than three decades.

The festival takes its name from the line “Me gusta mi reggae, me gusta punk rock” from ‘Caress Me Down’, a lyric that has long served as an unofficial mantra for Sublime’s anything goes ethos.

Tickets are already on sale, starting at 89.99 USD, and the band are promising a full day carved out for diehards, newcomers and anyone who grew up on sunburnt alt-rock with a rebel streak.

For the debut event, Sublime will line up alongside longtime friends Slightly Stoopid, bringing two pillars of the punk/reggae/rock crossover together on one stage. More artists will be announced soon, but Sublime say the full lineup will reflect the intersection where reggae’s warmth meets punk’s nerve.

You can also add a craft beer tasting experience for 15.99 USD, with breweries from across the US represented in a three hour session.

The festival is co-produced by Sublime and Brew Ha Ha Productions, known for helping artists curate their own festivals and build scenes around them. Event co-producer Cameron Collins, who lives in the Dallas, Fort Worth area, said “Sublime and Slightly Stoopid are two of the most influential bands of our generation and bringing them together for this new festival is something truly special.”

Frontman Jakob Nowell sees it as more than a touring package. “It’s always been our dream to put on a Festival for our friends and family,” he said. “It’s punk rock, hip hop, reggae, surf, all facets of true west coast alternative culture that has been kept alive for generations by fans and musicians alike.”
