Thrashville 2026 Line Up Revealed With FEAR, Disentomb And The Bennies

Share

Thrashville 2026 is officially locked in, with the Hunter Valley’s heaviest bushland gathering returning on Saturday, June 27th at Dashville in Lower Belford.

The festival has now revealed the first wave of artists set to tear through the regional stage, promising another stacked day of punk, metal and everything in between.

Leading the announcement is a rare international appearance, legendary Los Angeles punk band FEAR will head to Australia for the first time in their 50 year career, marking a historic moment for fans of early American hardcore.

Formed in 1978, FEAR became one of punk’s most confrontational and influential acts, their chaotic 1981 Halloween performance on ‘Saturday Night Live’, introduced by John Belushi, remains the stuff of punk folklore.

The set famously trashed the studio and landed the band on the show’s permanent ban list, Rolling Stone later ranked it as the greatest musical performance in the show’s history (per press release).

Their debut album has since sold more than 500,000 copies and is widely regarded as one of the most important punk records ever released.

Regional Battle Bands Still To Come

Thrashville will also add four additional artists through the Thrashville Regional Battles, taking place across New South Wales, the battle shows are scheduled for Dubbo, Canberra, Port Kembla and Lismore, with winners securing a spot on the festival line up.

Thrashville’s Wild Return

Following the success of the 2025 edition, which introduced a four stage layout and a winter time slot, organisers say most of the festival format will remain intact this year.

Beyond the bands, Thrashville promises a full day of activity with skateboarding displays, roaming performers, tattoo artists, market stalls and live art installations scattered across the Dashville grounds.

Early bird tickets sold out within days, suggesting the regional heavy music festival continues to grow its reputation as one of Australia’s most unique underground gatherings.

Tickets for Thrashville are on sale and available via the Dashville website here.
