The Byron Bay lads have dropped a teaser pointing to the Australian edition of their festival concept, Park Waves. The post, shared via social media, reads simply: “Park Waves is coming” alongside a link to parkwavesfestival.com, where fans can register for updates. The giveaway, an Aussie flag emoji.

No lineup, dates or city have been revealed yet, just a message to “watch this space” and a reminder that something is on the horizon.
While this isn’t a brand new festival idea ‘Park Waves‘ previously debuted outside of Australia, this marks the first time the festival looks set to hit Parkway’s home turf. Given their deep roots in the Australian heavy scene and strong connection to the local fanbase, it’s a move that feels perfectly timed.
Parkway Drive have spent the better part of the last two decades building a reputation for high impact live shows and pushing their creative direction forward.
