Architects have dropped the official music video for ‘Broken Mirror’, pulling another standout moment from ‘The Sky, The Earth & All Between’ almost a year after the album first landed in February 2025.
Even this far into the record’s life, the track still punches hard, ‘Broken Mirror’ is built on that familiar Architects tension, fragile, exposed verses that feel like they’re lit by a single flickering bulb, then a chorus that jumps into something huge.
Sam Carter carries it with a vocal performance that swings between restraint and full-body release, sounding like he’s tearing through the lyrics rather than simply singing them.
The video
Directed by Jensen Noen (who also helmed the visuals for ‘Black Hole’), it plays out like a grim short film, following Carter through brutal militia-style training as it builds toward a tense firefight, it’s sharp, violent, and cinematic. The real weight comes from how closely it tracks the song’s internal struggle, you will want to watch this one over and again:
The Sky, The Earth & All Between
The album arrived with serious momentum last February, debuting at No.7 on the ARIA charts in Australia, and it’s held its ground since.
Loudwire named it one of the Best Albums of 2025, calling it “a no-skip listen,” while Kerrang praised the band’s ability to keep delivering “both quality and quantity” eleven albums into their career.
Metal Hammer highlighted the record’s bite, pointing to the “stadium-metal ambitions of 2022’s The Classic Symptoms Of A Broken Spirit with some of the heaviest and straight-up angriest music the band have made in years,” and calling it “a record that fans of every era could love.”
