Parkway Drive have confirmed an associate has pleaded guilty to an underage sex offence and is no longer connected to the band.
In a public statement, the band said the individual is “no longer associated” with them and that his involvement has been terminated following the guilty plea. The statement marks the first confirmed details of the case.
Parkway Drive confirmed the individual had pleaded guilty to an offence involving a minor and that they have ended all association with him. No further details about the case were provided.
The individual, Jed Daniel Gordon, has previously been linked to Parkway Drive’s touring and merchandise operation. Frontman Winston McCall has referred to “our merch guy” in past interviews, and Gordon is also credited in official Parkway Drive media, including DVD releases.

The confirmation follows an earlier report after a person of the same name was listed in a matter before the Byron Bay Local Court under the case title R v Jed Daniel Gordon, with a listing date of March 16, 2026. The matter had been listed as a police mention, with multiple entries recorded under the same case number at the time.
At the time of that report, specific details of the charges had not been independently verified. Parkway Drive’s statement is the first confirmation that the matter involved an underage sex offence and that a guilty plea had been entered.
Parkway Drive have not issued any additional comment beyond confirming the guilty plea and termination of association.
Parkway Drive statement
We’ve recently learned that someone we’ve been associated with has pleaded guilty to an underage sex offence in 2002.
This is appalling and we condemn it. We’re gutted and we support the victim.
This happened before we were a band, however we bear moral responsibility for contracting him from 2003, on and off over the years.
While he hasn’t toured with us since 2017, more recently he’s been part of our Australian online merch team. When the band heard about this, we terminated his contract immediately. He’s no longer involved with Parkway Drive in any capacity.
This is heartbreaking on a very human scale.
This is still ongoing in the courts so we’re closing comments.
