Hardcore doesn’t age gracefully, it either burns out or doubles down.
Terror are firmly in the second camp, and their latest single ‘Fear The Panic’ proves they’re still swinging just as hard as they did two decades ago, the LA hardcore mainstays have unleashed ‘Fear The Panic’, the third cut from their upcoming album ‘Still Suffer’, due out April 24th via Flatspot Records.
This one hits different, it’s groove heavy without losing that blunt force impact, and it pulls in Hot Water Music’s Chuck Ragan for a guest spot that adds a rough edged melodic bite without softening the blow.
The track follows earlier singles ‘Still Suffer’ and ‘Destruction Of My Soul’, both of which made it clear Terror aren’t interested in reinventing themselves, just sharpening what already works.
Video leans into martial arts and discipline
The accompanying video, directed by Derek Rathbun, runs with a martial arts storyline, cutting between performance shots and a narrative built around discipline and pressure, it ties back to the track’s core message of testing yourself, no gimmicks or overthinking, just confrontation and release.

‘Still Suffer’ keeps it raw
Now ten albums deep, Terror are still operating with the same intent they started with, ‘Still Suffer’ was recorded with producer Todd Jones, a former member of the band, which explains why it feels locked in rather than overworked.
Across ten tracks, the record sticks to what Terror do best: fast, aggressive songs that don’t drift into self indulgence.
There’s also a stacked list of guests, including Jay Peta from Mindforce, Brody King of God’s Hate, and Dan Seely from King Nine, reinforcing that this isn’t just a legacy act coasting on history.
Still moving, still relentless
Terror kick off a North American tour this month, hitting stages alongside Pain of Truth, End It, and Start Today, while locking in festival slots at Sick New World, Tied Down, and more. After 24 years, they’re not slowing down, if anything they sound like a band with something left to prove.
