Sanctuary

Fronted by Amy Lee, Evanescence will draw from more than two decades of music, revisiting defining tracks from Fallen including Bring Me To Life, Going Under and My Immortal, while also showcasing songs from Sanctuary, which officially arrived today.

The album represents a significant new chapter for the band. Produced by Zakk Cervini, Jordan Fish and Nick Raskulinecz, Sanctuary has been more than three years in the making and follows a remarkably successful period for the group.

Speaking about the record, Amy Lee said: “This album is over three years in the making, and finally listening back to it all at once, about to release it to the world, I am so damn proud of every second of it.”

“It’s overwhelming. Working on it has been my outlet for so much that feels wrong and out of control, and a place to ignite hope through the power of music and connection.”

Recent singles Afterlife and Who Will You Follow have already generated enormous momentum. Afterlife, written for Netflix’s Devil May Cry, became Evanescence’s first number one single on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart and one of the band’s biggest hits in years.

The upcoming tour follows Evanescence’s appearance alongside Metallica on the M72 World Tour in 2025 and promises the band’s largest headline production in the region for years.

With a new album, renewed momentum and one of the most celebrated catalogues in modern rock, Evanescence’s return to Australia and New Zealand is set to be one of 2027’s biggest rock tours.

Tickets go on sale next Friday, June 12th, with multiple presales beginning June 9th.
