Cradle Of Filth Announce ‘Majestic In Death II’ North American Tour As Australian Run Nears Its End

Share

Cradle Of Filth are already looking ahead to their next international run, announcing a second leg of their Majestic In Death North American tour just as their Australian tour with DevilDriver prepares to wrap up.

British extreme metal icons Cradle of Filth will play their final Australian show tomorrow night (Thursday, July 16th) at Perth’s Astor Theatre before heading back overseas for another extensive North American trek later this year.

Dubbed Majestic In Death II, the tour kicks off on Tuesday, September 29th in San Diego and runs through to Wednesday, October 28th in Colorado Springs. Joining Dani Filth and company on the road will be Portuguese gothic metal veterans Moonspell, Florida death-doom outfit Worm and New York’s Black Satellite.

The newly announced run also marks a major milestone for the band, celebrating 30 years of their landmark 1996 album Dusk… And Her Embrace, Cradle Of Filth have confirmed they’ll be performing select tracks from the record throughout the tour (per Blabbermouth).

Announcing the dates on social media, the band wrote:

“More filth North America? We heard you! The ‘Majestic In Death’ tour (with selective tracks from ‘Dusk… And Her Embrace’ to celebrate the 30th anniversary) continues with Part II coming your way this fall!”

The routing will take in major cities including Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, New York, Boston and Cleveland, alongside an appearance at California’s Aftershock Festival.

The announcement continues a busy period for Cradle Of Filth. Their latest studio album, The Screaming Of The Valkyries, arrived in March 2025 via Napalm Records, while 2023 saw the release of their first live album in more than two decades, Trouble And Their Double Lives.

Despite lineup changes and legal disputes involving former members over the past year, frontman Dani Filth recently made it clear the band has no intention of slowing down:

“We’ve done an American tour, we’ve done summer festivals, we’re firing on all cylinders. CRADLE are back.”

For Australian fans, tomorrow night’s Perth performance marks the final opportunity to catch Cradle Of Filth on local soil before the band returns its attention to North America.
