Shred Fest Launches $60 Ticket Blitz Ahead Of Massive 2026 Australian Tour

Share

Australian extreme metal fans have just been handed one of the best live music bargains of the year, with Shred Fest 2026 launching a limited time ticket sale ahead of its mammoth September run across Australia and New Zealand.

Pick up your Shred Fest tickets for just $60 for the next 60 hours, this is a rare chance to catch one of the year’s biggest technical metal line-ups at a heavily discounted price.

Headlined by German progressive death metal masters Obscura and American technical death metal heavyweights Fallujah, Shred Fest promises another showcase of blistering musicianship, crushing riffs and relentless intensity.

The Australian bill is rounded out by Perth death-doom outfit Ashen, who will appear on most Australian dates, while Sydney’s Anoxia joins the festival in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne. Additional local acts will also feature at every stop, giving each show its own unique flavour

Every band will be there to meet you

Speaking about the tour, Obscura encouraged fans to make the most of the experience:

“We’re thrilled to bring Shred Fest to Australia in 2026 alongside the crushing talents of Fallujah, Anoxia, and Ashen. It’s been a long time coming, and we’re ready to deliver a relentless set for our fans down under. No VIP packages — every band will be at the venue to meet you, talk music, and celebrate the most extreme sounds around. Come early, stay late, and support every act. We can’t wait to see you all there.”

The new ticket promotion follows the festival’s original announcement earlier this year and gives fans another reason to lock in their place before prices return to standard rates.
