Rob Zombie has released a new video for ‘Sir Lord Acid Wolfman’, marking Halloween with another cut from The Great Satan.
The song appears on Zombie’s eighth solo studio album, which arrived on February 27th through Nuclear Blast Records. Its video continues a rollout that began with ‘Punks And Demons’ last October, bringing the focus back to the record eight months after its release.
‘Sir Lord Acid Wolfman’ has also found its way onto a separate release, appearing as the B-side to Sheri Moon Zombie’s ‘I Love My Robot’. The two tracks were paired on a limited edition picture disc, which has has already sold out worldwide.
Anyone who missed that pressing can still hear the song on The Great Satan, where it sits between ‘Black Rat Coffin’ and ‘Punks And Demons’, the new clip is available to watch below.

Back To The Great Satan
The Great Satan followed 2021’s The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy, ending a five year gap between Zombie’s studio albums. Nuclear Blast described the record as a return to his early Hellbilly Deluxe sound, with ‘Heathen Days’, ‘Tarantula’ and ‘(I’m a) Rock ‘N’ Roller’ among its 15 tracks.
Zombie has been putting his filmmaking experience to work throughout the campaign, he directed the video for lead single ‘Punks And Demons’, then accompanied the album’s February release with another self-directed clip for its opening track, ‘F.T.W. 84’.
The Halloween timing fits comfortably alongside a film catalogue that includes House Of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects and The Munsters, although this release keeps the attention on his latest album.
