A career beyond stand up

The tour announcement comes as Winfield continues to expand his profile beyond stand-up, his screen credits include The Office, Funny As Hell and Fear Street, while his comedy has also appeared on Comics Without Borders, The Arsenio Hall Show and Comedy Central’s Live At Gotham.

Winfield’s career reached another major milestone in 2018 when he received a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Digital Daytime Series for his work on Conversations In L.A.

His comedy has earned plenty of praise along the way, with Angel describing him as a comedian who turns uncomfortable everyday experiences into comedy gold.

Hardwood and Hollywood similarly praised the maturity and precision of his material, highlighting the contrast between Winfield’s relaxed stage presence and his carefully developed approach to comedy.

For Australian audiences, the upcoming shows offer a chance to catch one of the US comedy scene’s rising names live, following the career momentum that has taken Winfield from stand up stages to major television and film projects.
