Nine Inch Nails Confirm 2025 World Tour But Delay Announcement Due to LA Wildfires

Nine Inch Nails have confirmed they’ll embark on a world tour in 2025 but are now postponing the full announcement. The band addressed recent leaks of tour dates, choosing to delay their plans due to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles.

“Since some dates and information about our world tour have leaked, we are confirming that yes, we will be touring,” the band shared on social media. “We are all watching the devastation unfold in California and have paused our announcement while people try to cope.”

So far, three dates have surfaced: August 23 at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena, August 31 in Cleveland, and September 10 in Tampa. The tour is reportedly titled the Peel It Back World Tour and will be Nine Inch Nails’ first major tour since 2022.

Fans last saw Nine Inch Nails perform at the VetsAid benefit concert in November 2022. Before that, the band delivered a memorable show at Blossom Music Center in Ohio. That performance saw Trent Reznor and the current lineup joined by former members of the band for a reunion-style set.

In recent years, Nine Inch Nails’ focus has shifted to film scoring. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross recently won a Golden Globe for their work on Challengers. They’ve also been named composers for the upcoming film TRON: Ares.

Despite their film commitments, Nine Inch Nails’ return to live music is a major event for fans. The band’s decision to delay the announcement, however, reflects their awareness of the current crisis in California.

By postponing their tour details, Nine Inch Nails are drawing attention to the wildfires and those affected. Their social media post included resources to help support victims, highlighting their commitment to the community.

The Peel It Back World Tour promises to be one of 2025’s biggest tours. While no Australian dates have yet been announced, you will be the first to know when they are. For now, fans will have to wait for the full announcement while Nine Inch Nails keep the focus on more urgent matters.
