Ronnie Radke is at it again, and this time, his target is Austria’s Nova Rock Festival. The Falling In Reverse frontman claims the festival booted the band from its 2025 lineup—not because of their recent drama-filled Vienna show cancellation, but because of his larger-than-life personality.
Nova Rock confirmed earlier this week that Falling In Reverse had been removed from the festival bill, just weeks after announcing their appearance alongside acts like Korn. The move came on the heels of the band cancelling their Vienna show on November 26, citing “unforeseen circumstances.” Fans weren’t impressed, especially after it marked the fifth cancellation of their European/UK tour. But Radke’s response to the backlash—dismissing fans as “entitled” and joking about “Vienna sausages” during a livestream—poured fuel on the fire.
In true Radke style, he doubled down after the Nova Rock announcement, blaming the removal on his reputation. “The reason Nova Rock took us off the festival is because of my personality,” he declared in another fiery livestream. Radke went on to call the festival organisers “spineless pieces of sh*t” and accused them of overreacting to his jokes. He also promised Vienna fans that the band would return to Austria for a headline show—despite calling some of them “soft ass little punk ass bitches.”
A Career of Chaos
Radke’s tirade fits neatly into his ongoing track record of public feuds and no-filter comments. From infamous laptop-related festival cancellations to his blunt (and often brutal) responses to fan criticism, the Falling In Reverse frontman has built a career that thrives on controversy. While his unapologetic attitude has earned him a loyal fanbase, it’s also left a trail of burnt bridges, with Nova Rock being the latest casualty.
What About Australia?
Falling In Reverse is set to return for their ‘Popular Mons(Tour)’ in March 2025. Hitting arenas in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, they’re bringing along a stacked lineup of Black Veil Brides and Hollywood Undead as special guests.
Given the chaos surrounding their European tour cancellations, Aussie fans might be wondering if they’ll make it through unscathed—or if Radke’s “jokey personality” might throw a spanner in the works again. If they do pull it off, these arena shows promise to be some of the biggest, most theatrical performances of their career.

Ronnie Radke: Why Falling in Reverse got kicked of Nova Rock Festival
“This message is for all my Vienna fans wondering why we’re not on Nova Rock festival. We were co-headlining with Korn on this day, and Nova decided to take us off. They announced it. They said we are no longer playing it because a couple of people were mad that we canceled a smaller show on our Europe tour, due to a laundry list of reasons why. People cancel shows all the time.
But however, the reason why Nova Rock took us off the festival is because of my personality. I’m a jokey kind of guy, so fans were mad, so I told the fans to chill out and have a ‘Vienna sausage.’ Nova Rock being the baby back b**ch, spineless pieces of sh*t they are, decided to get too scared and take us off.
You would think a literal joke about Vienna sausages would fly under the radar for these baby back bches, knowing the sh*t that that country’s already had to go through. So this message is for all my Vienna fans that aren’t fking soft a** little punk a** bches, I’m sorry. I’m coming back, and I’m gonna play a fking show, in spite of Nova Rock being such punk a** b**ches.
And ‘Nova Rock’, if you’re watching this, send me my money, because you still have to pay me. Have a wonderful day… And hold on, guys. I don’t like drama. Drama likes me. Okay? I don’t want this sh*t. I just… Everybody’s so scared nowadays of, like, offending anybody. And that’s probably why everybody’s, like, afraid of [confrontation], of, like, confronting each other. I’m not afraid of confrontation.
That’s probably why you guys are always like, ‘Oh, here we go again. Ronnie’s got some [confrontation].’ No, it’s not. I just don’t fking put up with your sht. Okay? I’ve had it with your sht. You guys, listen, if I’m gonna make a joke, it’s a joke. It’s so obvious. It’s Vienna sausages. You guys are fking out of your godd**n minds. Take a joke. I’m walking here.”
