Look, I know we’re all drowning in tour announcements right now, but trust me, this one’s worth paying attention to.
Sam Fender is heading back to Australia this November — and he’s levelling up, big time.
On his new ‘People Watching’ tour, Fender is set to play his biggest Australian shows yet. And if you caught him during his last run in 2022 or 2023, you already know that the guy literally does not miss.
He’s coming in hot off the back of People Watching, his third album. The record hit No.1 in the UK and has since made him basically untouchable. It’s full of the stuff he does best: gut-punch honesty, big anthems, and lyrics that feel like someone’s pulled them straight from your wired brain at 2am.
But if that wasn’t already enough, Holly Humberstone is on support duties. She’s been on a quiet rise the last couple of years, but the moment she stepped on stage with Fender at St. James’ Park last year, it was clear she was born for those big moments too. They’ve also got history too. She previously covered “Seventeen Going Under” with him and the chemistry feels legit.
The venues are outdoor, the energy’s gonna be high, and if the rest of his tour’s anything to go by, tickets won’t last. He’s already smashed Coachella, four UK stadiums, and a heap of sold-out arenas across Europe and the States. So, I guess I’ll catch you there then?
