Tired Lion Have Announced A Regional Tour For A Good Cause

Share

Indie rock ravagers Tired Lion have announced a stack of headline dates for their mates in cities less travelled – think Dubbo, Armidale, Tumut and Moruya. They’re also playing Wollongong, because hey, you’ve gotta chuck one city close enough to a capital in there!

What makes the tour that extra bit exciting isn’t even that they’re hitting some adventurous towns – the run is being supported by a local touring initiative called Indent, handled by the diehard legends at MusicNSW.

The Indent movement provides regional youth with an opportunity to get some hands-on experience collaborating with the production, promotion, and behind-the-scenes awesomeness that goes into a live show – not to mention, bringing some killer jams to areas that, without them, would likely miss out.

To top it off, a production manager drops in for every event, their main duty – alongside pulling most of the strings – to mentor our future production geniuses keen to get their foot in the fierce music industry door.

Tired Lion’s 2016 has shaped up to be a pretty massive one thus far, the hype only rolling on with a run of dates opening for Violent Soho on the horizon.
