After more than a decade of intensity, Void of Vision are calling it quits. The Melbourne metal outfit have just announced their farewell tour for 2025, ‘What I’ll Leave Behind‘, marking the end of an era in the Australian heavy music scene.
Formed in 2013, Void of Vision quickly became known for their raw, unrelenting sound. Their intense live shows and razor-sharp music earned them global recognition, alongside some of metal’s biggest names. With four studio albums, countless tours, and a string of unforgettable festival appearances, they’ve left a lasting mark.
The band will hit the road in February 2025, playing six Australian cities. The tour kicks off in Brisbane on February 14 and wraps up in Perth on February 22. Joining them are special guests Gideon (USA), UnityTX (USA), and Knosis (Japan). This is a chance to experience Void of Vision at their fiercest, one last time.
Frontman Jack Bergin reflects, “If you told me 15 years ago where our music would take us, I wouldn’t believe it. We started as a product of our time, and I think we’ve fulfilled that. Now it’s time to close this chapter with everything we’ve got.”
With their upcoming album What I’ll Leave Behind (2024) and a recent arena tour supporting Parkway Drive, the band is heading into their final shows on a high. Their legacy though, is something that will live on long after the last note is played.
Tickets go on pre-sale Tuesday, 19 November, and general sales begin Thursday, 21 November. Don’t miss out. This is the last chance to say goodbye to Void of Vision.
