Aliens Invade Sydney! An Exclusive Alien: Earth Pop Up Has Infested A CBD Laneway

Share

Unfortunately, this will be another bug hunt, not a stand up fight.

For the next couple of days, Sydney CBD workers may want to add “flamethrower” to the usual wallet, keys, phone, glasses mental checklist before they head to the office. Thanks to the good folks at Disney+, a Sydney laneway has become a site of xenomorphic contamination. Which would normally be cause for concern, of course. But this is to promote the debut of the ridiculously good Alien: Earth, whose first couple of eps are streaming right this very second.

As the the press release histrionically tells us…

Overnight an unmarked Sydney laneway became the scene of a strange and chilling occurrence. Something has landed on earth, and there are reports a hive of ovomorph eggs are across the site, while a ‘class-one’ hostile organism is currently stirring inside an ominous crate. Hazmat-clad Prodigy Corp. employees currently have control of the site – but for how long?

Let’s have a look, shall we?

We certainly didn’t get hazmat suits, I’ll tell you that.

Something in there was moving.

I’m not sure these guys are up on their OH&S quals, tbh.

If you want to check it out for yourself, slip down to 348 Kent St, Sydney, from12:00pm – 8:00pm, Thursday 14th August and 8:00am – 8:00pm, Friday 15th August, 2025.

Alien: Earth is streaming on Disney+ now.
