To celebrate 50 years of triple j, the music broadcaster asked listeners to vote for their favourite Aussie songs. Here’s what Australia voted for.
The triple j Hottest 100 best Australian songs has just started, showcasing some of our best homegrown music that’s released over the years.
The national youth broadcaster announced the launch of its Hottest 100 of Australian Songs in June, part of the network’s 50th birthday celebrations. Since then, we’ve all scurried to get our picks in, being as democratic as we can with selecting our favourite songs.
